Goldcrest and lesser celandine Coloured

Lesser celandine is one of the earliest wildflowers of spring. The flowers close up and are hard to spot in the rain or overcast weather. I was thinking about little flashes of hope because Spring 2026 in ireland has been so dull and rainy. I paired the celandine up with another little golden flash that is hard to spot... the beautiful Goldcrest!
The goldcrest is actually drawn to scale as are their tiny goldcrest skulls in the corners!
This Signed print is made in my home studio using fine art pigment inks and a beautiful, velvety archival paper. I run off my own prints in order to keep the colours incedibly rich and with no middleman, more affordable!
